Services

What I build, and what it costs.

Three kinds of work. Anything bigger, ask and I will scope it and quote it before a single hour is billed.

01

Business websites

Everything a customer needs to know before they pick up the phone, on a page that loads instantly.

  • Mobile first, tested on real phones
  • Contact forms straight to your inbox
  • Google Business and local search setup
  • Photo galleries and service pages
  • One page or six, whatever fits
  • Live in one to two days

02

Web apps and tools

When a brochure site is not enough and a spreadsheet is holding the business together.

  • Booking and scheduling
  • Customer logins and dashboards
  • Card payments through Stripe
  • Staff accounts and permissions
  • Live databases and real time updates
  • Scoped and quoted before we start

03

  • Accessibility and contrast fixes
  • Domain and email kept intact
  • No downtime during the switch
  • You keep your search rankings

Pricing, in the open

$400+

One number, published, so you do not need a call to hear it. Every project is quoted in writing before any work starts, and that number does not move afterward.

  • Custom build, designed and coded for youfrom $400
  • Booking, payments or logins addedquoted
  • Maintenance, edits, updates and backups$75 / month
  • Platform or licence feesnone
  • Ownership of the finished site100% yours

Maintenance is optional. Skip it and the site keeps running, because you own it.

What the $75 covers

Maintenance, plainly.

Optional on every build. Most owners take it because they would rather text me than fight with code.

  • 01

    Hosting and domain handled

Renewals paid, certificates current, nothing expires because a card on file went out of date.

  • 02

    Unlimited small edits

Prices, hours, photos, a new service, a staff change. Text me and it is done, usually same day.

  • 03

    Backups and repairs

Regular backups, and if something breaks I fix it. You do not get an invoice for it.

Questions

Before you ask.

How much does a website cost?
Builds start at $400. What moves the number is how many pages you need and whether it has to do work, like taking bookings or payments. You get the real figure in writing before anything starts, and it does not move afterward.
How long does it take?
Most sites are live within one to two days of the go ahead. Builds with booking, logins or payments take longer and get their own timeline in the quote, so you are never guessing.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The site is yours and the domain is registered in your name from day one. While I am maintaining it I hold the working copy of the code so I can do the work, and you can ask for it at any time. If you cancel the care plan or move to another developer, the full source code is handed over automatically and I help with the switch.
What does the $75 a month cover?
Hosting, domain renewal, backups, and unlimited small edits. It is optional. Skip it and the site keeps running, you just handle the edits yourself or pay when you want changes.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo if you have one, some photos of the work, and roughly what you want it to say. If you do not have any of that we will work it out. I have started projects from a phone call and a Facebook page.
